KIRK DAHLE

Kirk is a native Californian born on the outskirts of San Francisco. He grew up near Lake Tahoe enjoying the outdoors. While studying chemistry and engineering at UNR Kirk enjoyed the extreme sports of the high desert and the Sierra Nevada. After graduation Kirk moved to be near family in Japan. Relishing both work and travel experiences around Asia, Kirk’s yearning to return back home prevailed. After Kirk’s California homecoming in the early 2000s it didn’t take long to rekindle his love of San Francisco’s neighborhoods. Residing across the city in Cole Valley, Clarendon Heights, Castro, Potrero Hill and North Beach before Kirk, partner, and their Yorkie Bianca "BB" found their permanent home in Corona Heights near Duboce Triangle in 2018.

In 2005 a close friend prompted Kirk to explore real estate. He quickly found the perfect career. Selling 3 homes in his first 3 months of being licensed Kirk knew real estate was the perfect fit! A direct yet tactful sales approach with clients has generated a 100% referral client base since 2012. Hundreds of homes totaling more than 200 million dollars in sales has sculpted Kirk. He’s intuitive and quickly adapts to his clients needs. Clients describe him as fun, full of energy, great with the numbers, and a savvy negotiator. Go with the superb real estate experience and contact Kirk.

CHRISTINA SUTTON

Christina began her Real Estate career in 2008 when a fortuitous call opened the door. A friend offered a position managing a large, multi-unit residential building in San Francisco. Christina, then operating a high-end retail boutique in the Napa Valley, decided to take the plunge and migrated to San Francisco. In time, she mastered the local rental market and expanded to sales. When Christina met a veteran, like-minded real estate agent in need of an assistant, a partnership evolved and a dynamic sales team was born. Christina’s market knowledge combined with her personal touch and attention to detail are invaluable to clients’ needs, and annual multi-million dollar sales transactions.

Christina’s interests transcend Real Estate. Her pursuits include yoga, travel, and sleuthing vintage stores. Christina is the proud mother of two young women, both pursuing higher education. With her daughters away from home, Christina also spends time volunteering as a group leader for the Family Connections program with the National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder, a non-profit focused on education and skills training for individuals with loved ones experiencing BPD. Christina also finds meaning volunteering as a foster pet-parent for the SPCA.

Renowned for her personal network of dynamic friends and professionals, Christina enjoys connecting and encouraging them in their successes. Whatever your real estate goals, let Christina craft an experience that's tailor made for your needs and desires.
