He was very collaborative about determining the asking price, staging and setting an offers date. I ended up with multiple offers and the inspection and close went off without a hitch. We also took a collaborative approach for buying my new home. He suggested and accompanied me to numerous listings, and he also gave me homework to see some places on my own. When the right house came along we worked together on an offer price and it all went smoothly. His guidance throughout the whole process of title, insurance, inspections, offers, etc., was spot on and comforting. Since the purchase of my home, Kirk has stayed in touch and he has helped shepherd me to resources for a couple of refinances and other property-related items. His customer service before, during and after-sales is stellar and I highly recommend him and his team.
